Harvard Homes and Construction is a family run boutique builder, servicing clients within the Adelaide, Yorke Peninsula and Riverland regions. When you deal with Harvard Homes you deal with the owner and General Builder, Daniel Bartel from concept to completion. His sole focus is to deliver a building experience that is stress free, and enjoyable. He does this by being open, honest, and flexible, drawing on his 25 years’ experience in the building trade. Ultimately delivering you a home that you will be proud to call your own.
The Process
The key phases in your building project will be establishing concepts into plans, establish the engineering requirements, obtain the necessary council approvals, select fixtures and finishes, construction, handover and follow up. And of course we will be there to assist through every step of the way.
